How Feeloy handles your information, conversations, and memories.

Effective date: September 21, 2026

1. Who we are

Feeloy Limited Liability Partnership (Feeloy LLP), based in Kazakhstan, operates the Feeloy AI companion app and its associated website and services, available globally. We are responsible for how your personal information is used.

Contact us at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: your email address, sign-in identifier, profile details, and settings, including information received from a sign-in provider you choose.
  • Conversations and memory: your messages, AI replies, feedback, character preferences, and stored conversation history. We create summaries, remembered details, and search representations called embeddings to find relevant context for later conversations. Memories can be inaccurate or out of date.
  • Generated speech: text sent for speech generation, your voice selection, and the resulting audio. The current app does not access your microphone or record audio through it.
  • Purchases and support: subscription status, transaction references, purchase or refund records, and messages or attachments you send to support. For Apple-billed purchases, Apple handles payment credentials and provides information needed to manage your purchase.
  • Technical information: IP address, request identifiers, app or browser information, error reports, and records needed to operate and protect the service.

Please avoid sharing passwords, payment-card security codes, or someone else's confidential information. Conversations can reveal sensitive details such as health, beliefs, or sexual orientation.

3. Why we use information

We use information to provide your account, generate replies and speech, remember relevant context, manage purchases, answer support requests, fix problems, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Where EEA or UK law applies, we rely on contract necessity for the requested account, conversation, speech, purchase, and support services; legitimate interests for proportionate security investigations and essential diagnostics; and legal obligations for required records and disclosures. Our interests are maintaining a reliable service and protecting users, balanced against their rights. Optional memory and analytics use consent where required.

Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. We stop the affected consent-based processing and delete information where required. Where law requires explicit consent for sensitive information, agreeing to the Terms or continuing to chat does not replace that consent.

Without information necessary for an account or a requested feature, we may be unable to provide it. Refusing optional consent does not prevent use of unrelated features.

4. AI processing and human access

When you send a message, we send it and selected context from your history and memories to AI providers to generate a reply. Replies may then be sent to a speech provider to produce audio. This means a new request may involve information from earlier conversations.

We do not use your conversations, AI replies, summaries, memories, embeddings, or other personal content to train or fine-tune AI models, and we do not permit contracted providers to use that content for their own model training or fine-tuning. Using saved context to personalize a reply is different from training a model.

Authorized personnel may access stored content when needed for support, troubleshooting, investigating reported or suspected misuse, security incidents, legal obligations, or claims. Providers may have limited access for their contracted services, security, or legal obligations. Conversations are not continuously monitored by a person, and Feeloy does not guarantee intervention in an emergency.

5. Sharing information

We use providers for hosting, account services, AI responses, memory search, speech, payments, and support. They receive information needed for their functions. We require third parties receiving app data to provide the protection described in this policy and required by applicable platform rules. Some providers, including Apple for its own payment activities, act independently under their own privacy notices.

We may also disclose necessary information to confidential advisers, to meet a lawful obligation, protect people where legally permitted, resolve claims, or carry out a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. We may share information at your request. Your conversations are not made public simply by using Feeloy.

6. Retention and deletion

You can initiate account deletion in the app. An account-deletion request covers associated history and derived memories, subject to lawful exceptions. You can also contact us for help requesting deletion or correcting an inaccurate memory.

Removing a chat from view, disabling memory, and deleting stored information can have different effects. Deleting the app or asking the AI to forget something does not itself complete an account-deletion request. Account deletion does not automatically cancel Apple billing; manage subscriptions through Apple.

Where law, a dispute, or a security investigation requires particular records, we retain only relevant information for that purpose and limit its use. This does not justify keeping all conversations indefinitely.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of processing, or object to certain uses. You may withdraw consent and request review of a privacy decision or an account restriction. Where applicable, you may also opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, and limit specified uses of sensitive information.

Send requests or appeals to [email protected]. We take proportionate steps to verify identity, accept authorized agents where required, respond within applicable deadlines, and explain any refusal and available appeal. We do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising privacy rights. You can complain to the relevant data-protection authority, including in your place of residence where applicable.

You can manage device permissions in your device settings. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data and risks, but no system guarantees absolute security. AI conversations do not create medical or legal professional privilege.

8. Website cookies and optional tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar storage for sign-in, security, preferences, and consent choices. See our Cookie Policy for details. Use Cookie settings on the website to change your choice; website choices do not change separate app permissions.

Optional tracking requires consent where applicable, and you can withdraw that consent.

9. Adults only and policy updates

Feeloy is for people aged at least 18 who have reached the age of legal majority where they live. If you believe an underage person has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We update this policy when our practices change and provide notice of material changes where required. A policy update does not override our no-training commitment or replace consent required for a new use.
